He is the primary client consultant working with teams and businesses of all sizes and across all industries. Neal enjoys coaching, empowering, and positively influencing people to become leaders who will take the necessary steps to improve within their own life, relationships, organizations, and community.

Whitney comes from a variety of backgrounds and has experience as a Marketing Director, Marketing Strategist and as a Small Business Consultant. She has an eye for long term strategy and vision. Her work with global, national, and local companies has left a lasting impact on their marketing and communication strategies. Whitney is the Owner and Founder of gordonLouise, a Luxe Marketing Consultation organization.

Sata's role at The Full Court Vision is to ensure projects are completed on time and the needs of our clients are met. To do this, she ensures the team is always prepared in mind, body, and spirit. Cuddles, walks, and belly rubs seem to do the trick!
