ABOUT
The Full Court Vision

The Full Court Vision provides inspiration to individuals and organizations looking to improve their impact, vision, and purpose in leadership and life.

The Full Court Vision idea and concept comes from basketball. Great basketball teams often utilize a "full court press" to put pressure on the opposing team's offense. The full court press means your team is not waiting for things to happen; it means your team is actively trying to make things happen. However, the only way to have a successful full court press is by having excellent vision. The vision, communication, and awareness needed for success in a full court press are the same qualities, behaviors, and values needed for success in organizations, leadership, and in life.

Neal Zygarlicke, owner and founder of The Full Court Vision, is an experienced CEO, speaker, and culture consultant with a track record of building strong teams, leading innovative operational initiatives, and galvanizing people toward a common goal and purpose. His experience and work spans both the private for-profit and non-profit sectors as well as small and large organizations.
